Aggie Almanac
Saturdays at 5pm
Sundays at Noon
Whether its digging up ancient ruins, sending experiments into space, generating electricity from cow manure or creating a dictionary for a language you probably never heard of, there's always something innovative and exciting going on at NMSU. Now, KRWG-TV's new weekly show, “Aggie Almanac” lets you share in the learning, and the excitement, and to experience NMSU from a whole new perspective.
Show Producer Knows His Way Around Campus
Long-time KRWG-TV employee Gary Worth produces “Aggie Almanac.” And he has every reason to be enthusiastic about the show. Gary completed his MBA at NMSU in 1990, shortly after he started working as News Director for KRWG-TV. His youngest son, Gavin, is also an Aggie with a B.A. degree in Theater. Gary has lived in Las Cruces for 23 years and worked on campus for 17. He travels around the campus and around the state shooting and producing interesting features for the show that illustrate the amazing work being done at the university.

- Manuela Diaz Chavez, an NMSU grad, was nominated as an Amazing Aggie by her co-workers at Booker T. Washington Elementary School for her work in bilingual education.
