We grow less of it than we used to, but the impact of the chile crop is still strong and growing in southern New Mexico. In segment one of this program, we take you to this year’s Chile Conference where you’ll learn a whole lot more about that red and green chile you enjoy so much. In segment two, we find out what NMSU is doing to prepare for a possible Avian flu pandemic. Hopefully, it won’t happen, but NMSU is determined to have a plan in place if it does.
