Recipe for the World Famous Cornudas Green Chile Burger
- 100% pure ground beef
- Sesame seed bun
- New Mexico green chile, roasted and peeled
- Cheddar cheese
- Lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sliced onions
- Hand pat 1/2 pound of beef to form a patty.
- Slap on the grill and cook to your liking.
- Flip burger and add cheese and chile.
- Cook to perfection.
- Toast sliced bun on grill.
- Assemble with garnishes and condiments.
- And open wide
