THIS NEW PLAN UPDATES ONE THAT WAS ORIGINALLY ADOPTED IN 1990 AND OUTLINES THE PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT AND LAND USE. THIS INCLUDES INFRASTRUCTURE, BUILDINGS AND TRANSPORTATION. WHILE THE BOARD ADOPTED THE NEW PLAN, NMSU SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT BEN WOODS SAYS NOTHING IS CONCRETE.
