Las Cruces, NM – Las Cruces Police arrested a Deming man who fled from a traffic stop on Interstate 10. Las Cruces Police Information Officer Dan Trujillo says the Deming man was first pulled over for a speeding violation before leading the officer on a pursuit.

3/31/07 – The Las Cruces Police Department has been busy this year keeping Las Crucens safe from drunk drivers. The police have been setting up checkpoints throughout the city to fight DWI. As KRWG's Jessica Borchert reports, A DWI checkpoint on Friday March 16 yielded five DWI arrests alone. Las Cruces Police Department Public Information Officer, Dan Trujillo says these checkpoints catch DWI offenders as well as a few others.

The Biofuels For Energy Security and Transportation Act of 2007 wants America's renewable fuel supply to quadruple by 2022.

Las Cruces, NM – Yesterday, the Aggies Men's basketball team gathered at the Stan Fulton Athletic Center on the New Mexico State University campus. They were there to find out who they would be playing in the National Collegiate Athletic Association tournament which starts this Thursday.
