Ad hoc committee chair says more public input needed.

Las Cruces, NM – Last year, N.M.S.U. Government Professor Lesley DeNardis met with city officials in an attempt to map out a strategic, long-range, comprehensive plan for the city. The brainstorming between DeNardis and city officials led to the formation of five separate ad hoc committees. One of the committee chairs, Mike Beckett, discusses his thoughts and frustrations with serving on such a committee.
