Las Cruces, NM – Elections this year aren't just about state offices, also on the ballot are four seperate bonds issues. As KRWG's Charles Winiecki reports, if passed, bonds B and C would provide over $125 million dollars to New Mexico higher education institutions, special schools, and libraries.
