City Council Approves Annexation

Las Cruces, NM – City Councilors approved the controversial annexation of over 4,200 acres to be developed by Philip Philippou's Solo Investments. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, early this morning council members gave the ordinance a thumbs-up with few amendments to the Master Plan or Zoning Request.
