Federal Lawsuit Against NMSU Football Coach Settled Before Trial

Las Cruces, NM – The Federal Civil Discrimination Lawsuit Filed by the ACLU of New Mexico against New Mexico State University Head Football Coach Hal Mumme was settled yesterday. The lawsuit, filed on behalf of four former Muslim players, claims they were subjected to a hostile environment towards Islam. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, both sides are content with the outcome.
