Las Cruces, NM – The presidential campaign in the upcoming November 4th election is getting a lot of attention right now but there are other items on the ballot that will up for consideration. KRWG's Gary Worth reports on four General Obligation bond questions including one NMSU project that is the largest capital outlay appropriation ever approved by the legislature.
