LCPS District 5 Seat Has Two New Challengers

Las Cruces, NM – One of the two Las Cruces Public School Board seats being contested in this year's election is in District 5, which represents much of the Eastern side of the city from I-25 North of Lohman Avenue. The seat is currently held by Board President Dr. Sharon Wooden.
As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports she is being challenged by a former Engineer Dr. Connie Phillips, and former Broadcast Journalist David Morgan.
