PRC District 5 Democratic Primary

Las Cruces, NM – Two Democratic candidates will face off in Tuesday's primary for the Distric 5 Public Regulations Commssion seat. The PRC regulates public utilities, telecommunication and insurance companies to ensure a fair rate and efficient service for consumers. A businessman and native New Mexican is running against the incumbent chair holder.
