The Quality of Life May Cost Las Crucens

Las Cruces, NM – Hundreds of Las Crucens showed up for a public meeting Monday, in support of initiatives aimed at improving the city's quality of life. One of the ideas being proposed is a gross receipt's tax to expand the arts and cultural scene. As KRWG's Melissa Aguilera reports, supporters of the idea now have to embark on a grass roots effort to gain the community's support.
